Background:
This project is a rehabilitation project to compliment previous street work in the downtown area. The project is primarily on Ash Ave from Dallas to Detroit but also includes part of College between Ash Ave. and Main Street. Bid documents were prepared and advertised on July 12, and July 19, 2018. Three bids were received and opened on August 2, 2018. H & G Contractors was awarded the contract with the lowest responsible bid of $380,019.96.

This Change Order #3 addresses the following additions to the contract:
CO3-1 - As directed by COBA, the contractor is to install the additional parking along Ash St. between El Paso St. and Dallas Street following the attached plan sheets issued by the City of Broken Arrow. The contractor has agreed to utilize existing line items to construct the new pavement section with this change order covering the re-mobilization and out of scope services; irrigation relocation efforts. The attached proposal from the contractor covers the costs to remobilize back onsite to perform the required work as well as relocate the effected irrigation lines complete in place.

Contract Time Adjustments:
CO3-1
None required, this work is incidental to the original substantial completion of the base contract.
