Background:
In August 2018, a Community Development Block Grant agreement for the rehabilitation of Detroit Street was signed by Tulsa County and the City of Broken Arrow. The agreement had a provision that an extension could be granted if the grant was not fully spent by June 30, 2019. This resolution contract/agreement renewal with Tulsa County extended the deadline to expend the funds to June 30, 2020.
