Background:

Armory, LLC is dedicating a Trail/Sidewalk easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for BAL-2047 (Lot Split) and BAL-2048CB (Lot Consolidation), that was approved on this property by the Planning Commission on April 11, 2019. The easement is shown as Exhibit A and located to the west of the property platted as Washington Lane VII.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the Trail/Sidewalk easement dedication.
