Background:

On January 16, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1993 to change the zoning on 9.11 acres located one-quarter mile north of Jasper Street (131st Street), west of Aspen Avenue (145th E. Avenue) from A-1 to RS-3 along with PUD-269.  BAZ-1993 and PUD-269 were approved subject to the property being platted.  The plat for Reserve at Aspen Ridge was recorded in Tulsa County on August 29, 2018.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 to RS-3/PUD-269

 

Acreage: 9.11 acres

 

Legal description

 

All of Reserve at Aspen Ridge, part of the West Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 E/2 SE/4) of Section Four (4), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Meridian, a Subdivision within the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, document number 6809.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3567 and approve the Emergency Clause
