Background:

An attorney with the Public Finance Law Group, PLLC, will provide a presentation regarding the process of creating a Tax Increment Finance District. He will also discuss a proposed project area, Creek 51 Business Park located near located West of the Creek Turnpike, South of Highway 51. Rex Robertson, the land owner and developer of the Creek 51 Business Park will also be present to answer questions regarding the proposed project.
