Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Dorothy Frances Turner, Trustee of the Turner Family Revocable Trust, the owner. Parcel 2 consists of 0.01 acres of Permanent Right-of-Way for 23rd Street at 115th Street Sidewalk Improvements, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
