Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Margaret E. Crawford, the owner. Parcel 2.1 consists of .18 acres and Parcel 2.2 consists of .41 acres and Parcel 2A.1 consists of .05 acres of Temporary Construction Easements for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Ms. Crawford has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 2.1, 2.2, and 2A.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
27,667.61 SF @ $ 0.24 SF x 20% = $1,328.04
Negotiated Settlement: $671.96
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $2,000.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 7, 2019 City Council Claims List.
