Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Jerry L. Woodward, the owner. Parcel 6.A consists of .77 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. Woodward has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 6.A Rental Period until 12/31/2020
33,867 SF @ $ 0.37 SF x 20% = $2,506.16
Negotiated Settlement: $2,493.84
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $5,000.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 7, 2019 City Council Claims List.
Cost: $5,000.00
