Background:

Ira M. Green has completed the construction for the Oak Creek South II subdivision.  The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.

Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Sanitary Sewer; (3) Paving, (4) Storm Water.

The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City.  These improvements have an approximate value of $1,102,509.65.
