Background:
On July 18, 2017, the City Council reviewed and approved PUD-264 on 4.14 acres located on the northeast corner of Tucson Street (121st Street) and 9th Street (177th E. Avenue). PUD-264 was approved subject to the property being platted. The plat for Top Dog Training Facility was recorded in Tulsa County on September 6, 2018. BAZ-1943, a previous zoning case that was approved to change the zoning on the property from A-1 to CG was abrogated.

All of Top Dog Training Facility, a Subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, document number 6811.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3568 and approve the Emergency Clause.
