Centennial Middle School has requested to discharge a cannon for a civil re-enactment at the school for educational purposes. The enactment will be held on April 26th, 2019 at approximately 1:00 p.m. The Broken Arrow Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16, Section 16-12, provides the City Council may waive any noise violation resulting from activities of a temporary duration.
