Background:
The Parks and Recreation Department has requested and sought bids for monthly rose maintenance to the rose planters within the Rose District.
Bids for this service were sent to eight vendors, one vendor submitted a bid. The owner/operator of ARW Care has performed rose maintenance in the Rose District while working under Rose Inc. of Green Country. Rose Inc. of Green Country was a contractor performing rose maintenance for the City in the past. Staff recommends that the Council award the bid to ARW Care.
Cost: $2,800 per month
