The City of Broken Arrow is acquiring right-of-way along Main Street for the upcoming street project, Main Street Streetscapes, Phase V. The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from THE RUTH ELIZABETH WOODS REVOCABLE TRUST, the owner.
