Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Gene Woodward and Gwen Esther Gray, the owners. Parcel 32.0 consists of 0.24 acres of Utility Easement and 0.17 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Gene Woodward has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Easement: 10,398.9 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.34 SF = $2,685.67
Temporary Construction Easement: 32.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
7,238.4 SF @ $ 0.34 SF x 20% = $498.51
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $3,190.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 16, 2019 City Council Claims List.
