Background:

On August 15, 2017, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1983 to change the zoning on 4.55 acres located one-half mile south of Omaha Street (51st Street), one-quarter mile east of Aspen Avenue (145th E. Avenue) from CG to CH along with PUD-94S-1.  Both BAZ-1983 and PUD-94-S-1 were approved subject to the property being platted.  The plat for Ronda Norton Center II was recorded in Tulsa County on January 30, 2018.

 

Zoning Change: CC/PUD-94 to CH/PUD-94-S-1

 

Acreage: 4.55 acres

 

Legal description

 

All of Ronda Norton Center II, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, a subdivision of part of the NW/4 and part of the SW/4 of Section 34, T-19-N, R-14-E, document no. 6776.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3565 and approve the Emergency Clause.
