Background:
On July 3, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-2002 to change the zoning on 2.58 acres located one-quarter mile west of Elm Place, one-third mile north of Jasper Street from A-R-1 to RS-1. The City Council waived the platting requirement.
