Background:
On March 7, 2017, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1971 to change the zoning on 26.20 acres located east of 9th Street, one-half mile south of Houston Street from A-1 to IL. Later, on December 5, 2017, the City Council approved PUD-268 on 39.45 acres. Both BAZ-1971 and PUD-268 were approved subject to the property being platted. The plat, Alfa Laval, was recorded in Tulsa County on August 28, 2018
