Background:
The project as bid consists of removal and replacement of the tile floorings with vinyl plank flooring within the main building corridor of the north and south half of the Broken Arrow City Hall located at 220 S. First Street, Broken Arrow, OK. 74012. Furthermore, the project will also address the base cove, wall coatings, and window ledges within the associated main corridor.
Bid documents were prepared and advertised on March 6th and 13th, 2019. Six bids were received and opened on March 28, 2019. The lowest responsible bid was Scissor-Tail Construction, LLC, for $57,086.00. The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $62,500.00.
