Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Consultant Agreement with Geodeca, LLC for Professional Surveying and related support services contract (Contract No. SURV-19-01)

Background:
On August 7, 2018, professional agreement SURV-19-01 with Geodeca, LLC was approved by the City Council in an amount not to exceed $15,000 for Professional Surveying and related support services to augment Engineering Division staff. This support has allowed several engineering projects to be completed in-house at a much reduced cost. Amendment No. 1 for $25,000 was approved on 10/16/18 to continue that support. Attached is Amendment No. 2 which further extends that support. No additional time is added to the contract.
