Background:
The City of Broken Arrow included a new park, Aspen Creek Park, for southwest Broken Arrow in Proposition 3 of the 2018 GO Bond package. The City and Broken Arrow Public Schools had identified a piece of school property which would provide the location for the new Aspen Creek Park in southwest Broken Arrow which is located at approximately 2800 W. Florence behind the current Aspen Creek Elementary school. In order for the City to close on the property from the school, the City required an ALTA survey and lot split documents to identify and define the new park property. The Engineering & Construction Department negotiated a contract with Sisemore Weisz & Associates, Inc. to perform the required ALTA survey and provide the necessary lot split documents.
Cost: $7,300.00
