Background:

BA Corner, LLC has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an overland drainage easement, described in Exhibit A. This easement is being dedicated as an off-site easement for BA Corner, a commercial development. The hydrology study for BA Corner was submitted for review on April 1, 2019. A preliminary plat and full engineering has not been received. This easement will also be used as the off-site overland drainage easement for the Attic Storage of Broken Arrow development to the east.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement dedication
