Background:
On August 7, 2018, professional agreement CADD 19-01 with The Schemmer Associates, Inc. was approved by the City Council in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) and related technical services support to augment Engineering Division staff. This support has allowed several engineering projects to be completed in-house at a much reduced cost. Attached is Amendment No. 1 for $15,000 which further extends that support.
