Background:
This 2018 GO Bond Transportation project consists of improvements and widening of Houston Street from approximately 400 feet east of 9th Street to approximately 450 feet west of SH51. The project shall include widening the existing two-lane asphalt roadway to a five lane section with the addition of curb & gutter, sidewalk/trail, an enclosed storm sewer system, as well as design of water and sewer line relocations/upgrades as required. The project shall also include services for the following: identification of right-of-way needs, preparation of right-of-way acquisition documents, assistance during acquisition, identification of the need for utility relocations, and the coordination of utility relocations.
Cost: $470,056.00
