Background:
Cowen Construction has requested to begin their first slab pour for the Milestone project located at 305 North Main Street on Friday, March 22, 2019 beginning at 3:00 am.
As indicated on the request, the first hour will be setup before the concrete trucks arrive. The early arrival will allow crews to handle the concrete and reduce truck traffic after 8:00 am.
City staff recommend approval of this request and be authorized to approve future requests for this project with notification. The site is along Main Street and away from single family homes and the pour is confined to the job site within the fence area.
