Background:

Adroit Event Solutions, LLC is proposing a partnership with the City of Broken Arrow though a sponsorship in the amount of $30,000 to host a one day festival on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Events Park.

This first annual event, Patriots in the Park, will feature a multitude of activities including live performances by local talent including Eric Himan, Dirtboxwailers, Wesley Michael Hayes, the School of Rock, and many others.  Planned for the event are family friendly activities including face painting, inflatables, interactive games, a water park and many more.  There will be plenty of food and beverage options from local vendors and food trucks.

This year’s event will also include plans for a BBQ competition with a chance to win trophies, prizes and of course bragging rights for one year.  Several local wineries and a great selection of beers will also be available.

Rounding out the evening of activities will be a performance by Burn Tulsa Fire Team and one of the largest firework displays in the metro area.  A VIP experience will be available, with elevated BBQ buffet, drink tickets, air-conditioned porta-johns, plenty of games and prime viewing of the fireworks finale show!
