Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Wylie and Linda Neal, the owners. Parcel 10 consists of 0.0092 acres of Permanent Right-of-Way for Washington Street Improvements, Olive to Garnett, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Wylie and Linda Neal have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way: 402 Square Feet (SF) @ $5.00 SF = $ 2,010.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 2,000.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the March 5, 2019 City Council Claims List.
