Background:
The project is located in the Public Safety Complex at 1101 North 6th Street in Broken Arrow. The construction project consists of a new forensic lab and renovations to the records storage and workout facilities.
Bid documents were prepared and advertised on January 28 and February 4, 2019. Nine bids were received, with two bids non-responsive, and opened on February 19, 2019. The lowest responsible bid was Builder’s Unlimited, Inc. for $301,918.00. The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $443,588.00.
