Background:
Board of Adjustment (BOA) members are appointment to serve three-year terms. The term for BOA member, Randy Cherry has expired. Mr. Cherry was originally appointed to the Board of Adjustment on June 15, 2009, by City Council. Mr. Cherry has expressed his willingness to continue to serve on the Board of Adjustment for another term.
