Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from K&S Investments, LLC., the owner. Parcel 11.0 consists of 0.0124 acres of permanent Right-of-Way for Kenosha Street Improvements, Date to Main, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. K&S Investments, LLC., has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way:  540 Square Feet (SF) @ $24.00 SF = $12,960.00

Damages (Concrete paving): $5,540.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 18,500.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the March 5, 2019 City Council Claims List.
