Background:
The 2014 GO Bond included improvements for the construction of a playground and multi-purpose recreational facility at Highland Park located on Quincy Road near Oneta Road. The firm Great River Associates, Inc. dba Great River Engineering was selected to provide the design to improve the park. The project includes creating a park Masterplan as well as grading for a Rugby field and soccer practice fields. The Masterplan will show the area for a playground to be built that the City will install. The Engineering & Construction Department negotiated a Professional Consultant Agreement with Great River Associates, Inc. dba Great River Engineering for the Masterplan and grading plans for the facility.
Cost: $24,970.00
