Approval of and authorization to execute the Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services for providing services during construction on the Tiger Hill Soldier Pile Retaining Wall (Project No. 171703)

Background:
The City of Broken Arrow (COBA) engaged Olsson Associates, Inc. (Olsson) to prepare construction plans for a secondary wall in front of the existing wall, as directed by City Council. The first wall design was based on lowering the elevation of the development area in front of the wall with the construction of a so called Soldier Pile Wall. By drilling down to solid rock, this wall would have stabilized the existing wall, while allowing the development of the front, or north side.
This design Amendment No. 2, would engage Olsson to provide services during construction of the soldier pile wall.
Cost: $3,000.00
