Periodically the staff has updated the City Council on the Tax Increment Finance District #1 (TIF).
The Finance Director will review a Power Point presentation on the history of the TIF District that will include:
1. Process to establish the TIF
2. Project area
3. Activities and projects funded through the TIF
4. Status on the repayment of the debt.
5. Other projects within the TIF District funded by other sources.
