Notification of City Manager’s, and Assistant City Manager’s execution of Professional Consultant Agreements with a value of less than $25,000

Background:
The City Manager or his designated representative has the authority to execute Contracts, Change Orders, and Work Orders with a total increase in value of less than $25,000. Attached are the Professional Consultant Agreements that have been executed since the last City Council meeting. No action is required. This item is for information only.
Cost:
$3,000.00 (fee based on hourly rate not to exceed) Professional Consultant Contract Amendment No. 2 with Olsson Associates, Inc. for providing services during construction on the Tiger Hill Soldier Pile Wall.
$7,500.00 ($2,500.00 per site) Professional Consultant Contract with A&M Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. for provided three Phase I Environmental Site Assessments two at the Brothers property north and south of access road and one at Aspen Creek Park.
Funding Source: STCI, Existing contract for Tiger Hill Soldier Pile Retaining Wall
Brothers property seller will reimburse the City at the time of Closing
2014 GO Bond for Aspen Creek Park
