Background:

On July 3, 2017, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1982 to change the zoning on 0.73 acres located on the northwest corner of El Paso Street and First Street and the southwest corner of El Paso Street and First Street from CH and R-3 to DM.  The City Council waived the platting requirement.

 

Zoning Change: CH and R-3 to DM

 

Acreage: 0.73 acres

Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), Block Fifty-Six (56), and the North 32 feet of Lots Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Seventeen (17), and all of Lots Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-One (21), and Twenty-two (22), Block Fifty-nine (59), ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROKEN ARROW, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.

 

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of CH and R-3 to DM.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3555 and approve the Emergency Clause.
