Background:
Tourism Director, Lori Hill will provide the follow up report for the Adroit Event Solutions Great Gatsby New Year’s Eve Extravaganza event. The event organizers live out of state and are unable to attend the meeting to provide the follow up report.
Stoney Creek Conference Center hosted the event December 31, 2018. Approximate attendance for the event was 250 people and the event generated 44 paid room nights at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center.
The CVB discussed and approved the Great Gatsby New Year’s Eve grant request during their November 19, 2018 meeting. The CVB approved grant funding of $25,000.00 to offset the costs of marketing, entertainment, equipment, décor and catering for the event.
