Background:
City Staff was contacted by Ms. Heather Greninger, President of Fairway Park Homeowners Association (HOA), about placing 3 decorative park benches adjacent to the sidewalks within the rights-of-way of North 16th Street (entry drive to the neighborhood).
With the north branch of Adams Creek and the detention facility to the east, the HOA would like to place these benches as shown on the attached exhibit for use by residents to enjoy. The benches will be anchored by small concrete footings for safety and security.
City staff has reviewed and provides the attached licensed agreement for approval.
