Background:
On October 5, 2018, professional services contract APPR 19-02 with Roberson & Company Realty Advisors, LLC was approved by the Assistant City Manager in an amount not to exceed $14,500 for professional real estate appraisals and related support services. Funds from the original contract are near depletion and an amendment is needed. The amendment allows Roberson & Company Realty Advisors, LLC to assist the City in determining the market value of property to aide in the decision making process relating to property acquisition. This support allows the City to purchase parcels needed on various engineering projects as needed. Attached is Amendment No. 1 for $25,500 which further extends that support.
