Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Nghi Uy Truong and Diem Thuy Khoa Nguyen, the owners. Parcel 19 consists of 0.0302 acres of Permanent Right-of-Way and 0.0302 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for Washington Street Improvements, Olive to Garnett, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Nghi Truong has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: (Parcel 19) 1,317 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.00 SF = $ 1,317.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 1,320.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the February 5, 2019 City Council Claims List.
