Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from CRS Sanders Investments, LLC, the owner. Parcel 14.0 consists of 0.17 acres of Utility Easement and 0.28 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. CRS Sanders Investments, LLC, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Utility Easement: 7,583.83 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $2.45 SF x 75% = $13,935.29
Temporary Construction Easement: 14.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
12,014.82 SF @ $2.45 SF x 20% = $5,887.26
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $19,830.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the February 5, 2019 City Council Claims List.
