Background:
In 2017, Conceptual Design Plans were completed on the Armed Forces Meeting Hall. The Concept Plans included offices, large meeting area, office space, kitchen, and storage areas. Chase Fetters Hewitt - Architects was selected for preparation of a concept design.
Moving forward, the City has requested the Architects, Chase Fetters Hewitt (CFH), develop construction documents for the purpose of bidding and constructing the meeting hall as specified in the 2018 General Obligation Bond.
City staff negotiated an agreement with the CFH to develop construction documents. The agreement is attached.
Cost: $145,230.00
