Background:
The owners, Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority, have submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.09-acre water line easement on property platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Tiger Hill Plaza. The waterline easement was recorded by separate instrument in Tulsa County in Book 4207, Page 960 on March 22, 1976. This waterline easement is not currently in use. And is proposed to be closed to facilitate a future development on the site.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement closure.
