Background:
On September 6, 2016, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1960 to change the zoning on 40.00 acres located one-half mile south of Houston Street, one-quarter mile east of 23rd Street, north of the M.K. & T. Railroad from A-1 to RS-3. BAZ-1960 was approved subject to the property being platted. Part the property associated with BAZ-1960 has been platted as Oak Creek South Phase II. The plat for Oak Creek South Phase II, which contains 19.23 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County on April 18, 2018.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3554 and approve the Emergency Clause.
