Background:
On November 1, 2004, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1640 to change the zoning on 93.68 acres located one-quarter mile west of Evans Road, north of Houston Street from A-1 to R-3S and C-2. On February 1, 2008, the R-3S district was change to RS-3. Later, on September 16, 2014, the City Council approved BAZ-1921, a request to change the zoning from A-1 to RS-3. Both BAZ-1640 and BAZ-1921 were approved subject to the property being platted. Part the property associated with BAZ-1640 and BAZ-1921 has been platted as The Villas at Bel Lago. The plat for The Villas at Bel Lago, which contains 17.96 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County on August 30, 2018.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3551 and approve the Emergency Clause.
