Award the most advantageous bid to Kelly-Creswell for the purchase of one (1) truck mounted road striping machine for the Street and Storm Water Department

Background:
The Street and Storm Water Department has requested and sought bids for the purchase of a truck mounted road striping machine. This is a new machine that will be added to the fleet.
Ten vendors were solicited to bid on this equipment, four submitted bids. Base pricing and selected options are reflected in the attached bid tabulation. The Street and Storm Water Department has reviewed the bids and has identified the low bid from Kelly-Criswell as the most advantageous bid.
Staff recommends awarding the bid to Kelly-Creswell for a 2019 Isuzu NPR Chassis with a 2019 Kelly-Creswell WV3-120-AL striping machine.
Cost: $145,114.00
