Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Johnny Lee and Betty Jo Henry Trust, the owners. Parcel 6.1 consists of .08 acres and Parcel 6.2 consists of 0.15 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The Johnny Lee and Betty Jo Henry Trust has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 6.1 and 6.2 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
9,966.42 SF @ $0.15 SF x 20% = $297.44
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $300.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the January 2, 2019 City Council Claims List.
