Acceptance of a Utility Easement consisting of 0.15 acres and 0.05 acres of Temporary Construction Easement from the Gary Dean Jr & Ann Marie Heimbach, on property located at 11228 S 193rd E Avenue, located in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and authorization for payment in the amount of $9,800.00 for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, Parcel 17.0, 17.1 (Project No. S.1609)

Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Gary Dean Jr & Ann Marie Heimbach, the owners. Parcel 17.0 consists of .15 acres of Utility Easement and .05 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. Heimbach has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Easement: 6,425.83 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.50 SF x 75% = $7,229.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 17.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
2,360.12 SF @ $ 1.50 SF x 20% = $708.04
Damages: Three (3) Trees: $1,800.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $9,800.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the January 15, 2019 City Council Claims List.
