Background:

The attached Resolution provides the statutory Notice of a Non-Partisan General Election scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 2019. This Resolution establishes that the filing period and will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 4, 2019, and will end at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. It identifies Ward 3, Ward 4 and Member at Large Council Members as the subject of this General Election, and notes that the term of these three council seats is four (4) years.

Following approval of this Resolution, an executed copy of the Resolution will be submitted to the Tulsa county Election Board in accordance with State Law.
