Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Edward Burger, the owner. Parcel 21 consists of 0.0091 acres of Permanent Right-of-Way and 0.0328 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for Washington Street Improvements, Olive to Garnett, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Edward Burger has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 397 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.00 SF = $ 397.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,428 SF @ $ 0.08 SF = $ 114.24
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $520.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the January 2, 2019 City Council Claims List.
