Background:
The attached Permanent Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from the Ray G. Medlock Trust, the owner. Ray G. Medlock has accepted the offer of $25,050.00, subject to City Council approval.
Permanent Easement: 15,217.76 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.50 SF x 75% = $17,119.98
Temporary Construction Easement: 15.1 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
26,400.04 SF @ $ 1.50 SF x 20% = $7,920.01
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $25,050.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the January 2, 2019 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the OWRB FY 17 FAP Loan.
