Background:
The right-of-way acquisition for the Washington Street: Olive to Garnett, widening project has been approved for funding in the General Obligation Bond 2014. The City’s right-of-way agent has attempted unsuccessfully to negotiate with Joe and Rebecca Wilson for Parcel 4, 4A, generally located at 11709 E 91st Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 14 East. The attached Resolution of Necessity No. 1172 recommends that condemnation proceed on Parcel 4, 4A, for Fee Simple Permanent Right-of-Way and Temporary Construction Easement.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2014.
